Order Confirmation, Delivery and Pickup Policy

Order Confirmation

  • After making your payment, please send the payment slip via Viber or WhatsApp to +960 772 6445 for verification.

  • Your order will be confirmed only after the payment has been verified.

Packing Charges

A packing charge of MVR 30-50 will be charged on certain items such as gift boxes, candles, tiara, crowns, cake toppers, lights and etc. The sales team will contact you regarding the charges. The charge may also vary on size and quantity purchased. 

Packing charges are non-refundable once an order has been packed, even if the order is later cancelled, returned, or exchanged. If an incorrect or damaged item is supplied by us, the packing charge will be refunded or waived.

Delivery Locations:

We provide delivery services to all addresses within Malé and Hulhumalé City.

  • Orders over MVR 150 qualify for free delivery.
  • Orders under MVR 150 are subject to the following delivery fees:
    • Malé: MVR 20.00
    • Hulhumalé: MVR 25.00
    • Hulhumalé Phase 2: MVR 30.00
    • Boats & Launches in Male': MVR 30
  • If your order is being delivered to a boat or launch, please provide the vessel details in the delivery address fields at checkout.

Delivery Time:

  • We offer same-day delivery on business days for orders confirmed before 5:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday with free of charge. The order confirmed after same day delivery hours will be delivered on the next business day (Saturday to Thursday).
  • "Outside Delivery Hours" orders can be accepted from 5pm to 9:30pm, Saturday to Thursday. To confirm "Outside Delivery Hours" please contact our sales team at +960 772 6445. 

  • Please note that additional delivery charges apply for orders confirmed outside our standard delivery order confirmation hours. Please select shipping charges appropriately based on delivery location.

    • Malé: MVR 30.00
    • Hulhumalé: MVR 35.00
    • Hulhumalé Phase 2: MVR 50.00
    • Boats & Launches in Male': MVR 35.00

All deliveries are carried out between 4:00 PM and 10:30 PM, Saturday to Thursday.

Orders requiring boat/launch delivery must be confirmed at least 3 working hours before the requested delivery time.

Orders confirmed on Fridays and public holidays will be delivered on the following business day.

The recipient will be contacted before delivery.

 Deliveries are made to the ground floor only.

We are not responsible for late or failed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customer can choose “Pick Up in Store” at the time of checkout.
