Delivery and Pickup Policy

Delivery Locations:

  • We provide delivery service to all addresses within Male’ and Hulhumale’ City. All orders over MVR 100 qualify for free delivery, while orders under MVR 100 are subject to a delivery fee
    • Male' MVR 20.00
    • Hulhumale MVR 25.00
    • Hulhumale’ Phase 2 MVR 30.00
    • Boat and Launches MVR 30.00

 

  • If your order is to be delivered to a boat/launch, please provide vessel details in the delivery address fields at the checkout.
  • If you have any concern regarding delivery, you should contact us on 7726445.

Delivery Time:

  • We offer same day delivery on business days for the orders confirmed before 5:00pm.
  • All deliveries will be carried out between 04:pm to 10:30pm from Saturday to Thursday.
  • Orders that require boat/launch delivery will need order confirmation at least 3 working hours before the delivery time.
  • Delivery of the orders confirmed on Friday and public holidays will be carried out on the following business day.
  • The recipient will be contacted before delivery.
  • We deliver packages to the ground floor. 
  • We will not be responsible for late or failed deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. 

 

Pickup Locations and Time:

  • Customer can choose "pick up in store" at the time of checkout. The pickup address is Party Supplies, Ma. Fathanguge Aage, Ground Floor, Rahdhebai Magu (near Central Hotel) on 7726445.
  • The orders will be available to pick up in 2 hours. For urgent pickup please contact.
  • Pickup will be available during shop opening time.
  • The recipient should provide proof of purchase for the pickup.
