Refund policy

We have same day return policy, which means you are required to notify us immediately after receiving the goods. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or has received a wrong item, you can request a return, replacement or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received and in its original packaging.

If the exchange is accepted the new item(s) will be delivered within our delivery time. The exchange will be treated as a new order.

Return will be only accepted for the reasons only stated in the policy.

You will be allowed to view and inspect the items before purchase.
